Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the magnets in their original protective packaging to ensure they remain flat and undamaged during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.
Receive Your Refund
